Mathematics A level is highly regarded by both universities and employers alike as it is a subject which leads to a host of career prospects and makes a student stand out from other prospective applicants.

Students continuing with their Mathematical studies at Key Stage 5 follow the four Core units (C1,C2, C3 & C4) with the addition of Mechanics (M1) in year 12 and Statistic (S1) in year 13. They are taught in small groups with all classrooms equipped with both interactive whiteboards and individual computers or access laptops for student use. Students have their own personal log-ons to the mymaths website and are encouraged to use additional software such as Autograph to enhance graphing skills.
