Junior Sports Day 2018

On Wednesday 16th May, we had our Junior sports day which proved to be a fantastic event. Despite the grey skies the rain managed to stay away. The junior pupils have spent the last few weeks during their PE lessons practising all of the events and they were all very excited. All pupils performed fantastically and demonstrated excellent sportsmanship throughout the morning. It was a very closely fought battle but St Patrick's ended up being the overall winners. The PTA were wonderful in providing all of us with refreshments during the morning which were greatly enjoyed by the pupils. Thank you to the site team for all their hard work in preparing the grounds and the administration team for all their help. The year 8 and 10 pupils were a huge help and ensured the morning ran very smoothly and the sixth formers did a wonderful job totalling up all the results. Thank you so much to all the parents who were able to support the event it was lovely to see you all there cheering on your children.
