SCALE OF FEES
From the Summer Term 2012 (commencing 23rd April 2012) all our fees will be as shown below. These cover tuition and charges for books, stationery, apparatus and Pupil Personal Accident insurance. Fees are revised for the start of each Summer Term.

Children must attend a minimum of three sessions per week in the Nursery, but during their final two terms in the Nursery they will be required to attend a minimum of  five sessions per week.

Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club Fees are £4.70 per session paid termly in advance or £5.90 per session in an emergency.

Crèche fees
Crèche fees are £4.70 per hour paid termly in advance or £5.90 per hour in an emergency.

Music Tuition
Music lessons are available by arrangement. Individual tutors will invoice for lessons in advance. A term's notice to cease is required or a term’s fee will be payable in lieu of such notice.

Deposits

Juniors/Seniors: A deposit of £450 (refundable at the end of the final term) is required to confirm acceptance of a place.
Nursery: A deposit of £450 (refundable at the end of the final term) is required to confirm acceptance of a place. The deposit will only be refunded if all the School Fees have been paid IN FULL at the point when the pupils leaves.

At least a full term’s notice in writing is required for the withdrawal of a pupil; otherwise a term’s fees in lieu of notice must be paid. Provisional notice may be accepted only on condition that it is confirmed or cancelled not
later than the following half term.

Insurance
Pupils' Personal Accident Insurance. The cost is included within the quoted fees.

Fees are due on or before the first day of each term.
It is essential that this rule is strictly observed as failure to comply may result in the exclusion of your child. A full term’s notice of withdrawal, in writing, is required or a full term’s fees will be payable in lieu of such notice.

Payment of School Fees may be made by:
Cheque – made payable to Bishop Challoner School
Debit Card – free of charge if paying by Debit Card
Credit Card – a 2% charge is levied for Credit Card payments

Payment in Instalments – Annual charge of £50 (10 payments: September-June)
