Bishop Challoner U14s Rugby Tournament
We are pleased to report that the very first Bishop Challoner Rugby 10s Tournament was a great success.
Twelve local schools battled it out on 3 pitches at Beckenham Rugby Club on a sunny afternoon. Our squad put in 3 inspired performances to dominate our group, beating Coopers Technology College, Farringtons and The Priory.
Bishop Challoner progressed to the Semi Final of the Cup but were beaten by a strong Charles Darwin side. Michael captained the side exceptionally well and represented our school admirably. Our referee`s assistants from J5 & J6 were also great ambassadors for Challoner and they helped to ensure the event ran smoothly.
Bishop Challoner would like to congratulate Kemnal Technology College who won the Cup and to Hayes who won the Shield. We look forward to competing against them again next year.
