Introduction
Welcome to the IT  Department. The aim of the Department is purpose driven, student empowering and striving for academic excellence. Curriculum Overview

Key Stage 3
Students in Key Stage 3 Study a wide range of key topics and produce mini projects within Computing. Homework is set on a weekly basis. Year 7 and Year 8 have 1 x 40 minutes  lesson each week building into 2 x 40 lessons in Year 9.

Key Stage 4

Building on a solid foundation at KS3 students are offered OCR GCSE Computing as one of their options. This is a two year course with a written examination an investigation and a programming project. Students will learn how to program in Python 3.2.5.
