Choosing the right school for your son or daughter is a very important decision and we feel it is crucial that you know as much as possible about a school so that you can make the right choice. Our Open Mornings in September and March each year also give prospective parents and pupils the opportunity to view the school and speak with staff and current pupils.

Admission Process

Interview  Once we have received your application form, you will be invited with your son or daughter to attend an interview with Mrs Anderson, Headteacher.  The interviews are scheduled during the working week. This is an opportunity for the school to find out about your son or daughter's aspirations and for you to learn more about the School. 

Assessment  All prospective pupils are required to take assessments in English, maths and a cognitive ability test in verbal reasoning.  We will also ask for a copy of the most recent school report and will take up a reference from the current school.  Please contact the Admissions Registrar for further information.

The Department for Children, Schools, and Families require us to have on record the ethnic background of your child.

Once this form has been completed please send a recent passport photograph, along with any medical records and a copy of the most recent school report to the Headteacher, along with the Registration Fee of £75.00. An interview with the Parent/Guardian and candidate will then be arranged.
