Admission Process

Please complete the below application form to apply for a place in our Senior School. After submitting this form, please email a copy of your child’s passport, birth certificate and most recent School report to admissions@bishopchallonerschool.com. There is a non-refundable registration fee of £75 payable by card at the time of applying.

PLEASE NOTE: ADMISSIONS FOR YEAR 9 AND YEAR 11 2023/24 ARE NOW CLOSED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THESE YEAR GROUPS.

If your child is not offered a place, or if you do not accept the offer of a place, we will only retain this information for as long as we need to. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, information is kept for a year after the end of the admissions process. These documents are published at www.bishopchallonerschool.com If your child is aged 12 years or older please show them a copy of the pupil privacy notice and discuss it with them.

We will acknowledge receipt of your application by email and send reference requests (if you have indicated permission to do so on this form). You will then be contacted with details of interview and/or assessment.
